• Help the SQO P&A Specialist to understand how well the company is doing and how new technology projects are affecting the business.
• Learn how SQO works and what it aims to achieve.
• Make sure to have good records of how the business works or the programs it uses.
• Create and keep positive connections with all important people involved in a project.
• Help a P&A specialist with their daily tasks of creating business reports, analyzing information and solving requests from users.
• Go to meetings held by the council to know what the people want and to build a good relationship with the important people involved.
• Help the specialist to accurately report on SQO activities every month and on time.
• Take part in learning programs, sessions and gatherings.

Skill-Set :

• Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Being able to carefully study and understand information.
• It is good to have certificates in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Python, Data Analytics, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
• Knowing how to use computer languages like SQL, PL/SQL, Python and tools like Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• It’s helpful to know about certain things like using data to make predictions and analyzing language. Some examples of this are statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning.
