- Performing comprehensive investigations and analyses of intricate banking transactions and data to identify potential money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions violations, and other dubious activities or patterns.
- Examining and evaluating essential components of the customer’s record, verifying against regulatory documents provided by the customer, documenting findings, emphasizing issues, and achieving production targets to ensure the client’s compliance obligations are fulfilled.
- Conducting external research on third parties and offering analysis to bolster investigation efforts.
- Drafting detailed reports and documentation to substantiate findings and recommendations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement thorough risk mitigation strategies.
