Job Description:

Deloitte Team is Hiring for the Role of “Technology Support Analyst” and it’s Skills based job opportunity. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide help with high-quality Tax Application Support using email, phone, and chat for people who are inside or outside of the company.
• Make sure clients are the focus and encourage employees to always improve and stay engaged.
• Help product and development teams fix problems with applications.
• Check the waiting lists often to make sure we’re taking care of customers quickly enough according to our agreements.
• Go to meetings every day to talk about what’s happening, answer questions, and get feedback from users to make things better.
• Keep providing good service by making rules and rules that everyone in the organization must follow.
• Help the leaders in charge of Support to make a plan and put it into action for supporting the Tax Transformation.
• You may have to work on some weekends and holidays sometimes.
• You may have to travel sometimes but not very often (less than 10% of the time).
• Do what you’re told when you’re asked to do other things.
• Making sure we reply to emails and chats quickly, as we promised in our agreement. ASA is a system used for managing incoming calls and other related tasks.
• It means doing things according to a certain level or goal for things like customer satisfaction, how long it takes to resolve an issue, how often an issue needs to be escalated, how well the work is done, and more.
• The company expects the person in this role to make clients happy, focus on important issues, provide good support, and figure out how their work affects the business.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in (Computer Science Field or Similar Field).
• Experience Range:- 0-2 Years (Freshers Eligible)
