Job Responsibilities: Zycus Off-Campus Hiring 2023

• I help people use Zycus Procurement Applications for buying things from finding them to paying for them.
• You have to work on all parts of the Zycus Support Desk. You will be the first to talk to customers who have questions or problems related to Zycus products. You can be reached by email, chat or phone if the customer has any concerns.
• Help the Technical Account Management Team to finish tasks on schedule, be more productive, and solve problems for customers by teamwork with different groups from Zycus and the customer’s side to meet their needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with customers and people within the organization to conduct testing and help with User Acceptance Testing.
• Evaluate and come up with new and creative ways to help customers with their needs.
• Be productive while working with Zycus products settings, tools for managing incidents, MS-Excel, and other related things.
